Q: How to download the watch APP?
A: There is a QR code in the instruction manual. The mobile phone needs to download the APP and turn on the mobile phone positioning function. Open the connected Bluetooth watch in the app.
Q: Is the watch waterproof?
A: It is waterproof for daily life, no problem when you are exercising. (Please Note: Not supported for soaking in hot water, hot showers or steam.)
Q: Why does the pedometer not count the steps even though I have started to walk?
A: In order to reduce errors, smart watches usually set the initial value to 10, and when we walk more than 10 steps, it will count the number of steps. The app will display the number of steps actually walked, counting from the 10th step.
Q: How to measure blood pressure?
A: After the mobile phone is connected to the APP, switch to the blood pressure page of the watch, keep the page unchanged for about 10 seconds, and the blood pressure data will appear.

Q: Why can't the device boot or start normally?
A: Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes before first use as this will ensure proper startup and optimal operation. For devices with a removable battery, make sure the battery is properly installed before charging.
Q: Can't find my device when pairing?
A: Please ensure that the distance between the mobile phone and the device is less than 0.5 meters, keep the watch APP logged in, and ensure that the device is not in a low battery state. If you still have problems after charging for 1.5 hours, please contact us.
Q: The device cannot connect to the app?
A: After restarting some mobile phones, the Bluetooth service will be abnormal. Please restart the mobile phone for pairing.
