About leather defects
   1. The pictures are all taken in kind. Due to the shooting area and light, some defects can not be fully displayed, which is not intentionally concealed.
   2. All bags sold in our shop will try their best to avoid defective leather materials that are difficult to use, and defects that are difficult to avoid will try not to be used in obvious positions of bags

About Color/Color Difference

About orders/shipments
1: Spot products, which are normally photographed on the same day and successfully paid for, will be delivered within 48 hours. If they cannot be delivered under special circumstances, we will communicate with you in time. You can photograph the quantity you need as much as possible, and our shop will tell you the exact quantity in time after packing, and implement more refund and less compensation.

About after-sales/service

There is no reason to return the goods within 15 days. Please open the inspection as soon as possible after receiving the goods. If there are quality problems, the goods are not right, please contact our store for negotiation and settlement. Or apply for return of goods in the background. For return of quality problems, we will bear the round-trip freight. In other cases, the return goods do not enjoy the free mail policy. Please keep the outer packing box intact to avoid crushing the goods on the way. If the goods are returned without cartons, they will be directly rejected by the warehouse.
